Abstract:

The article designates the role of the innovative development as a factor of increasing the international competitiveness of the state. Some features of the classification of high-tech products from foreign trade position were revealed, given the current classification approaches. The concept of "high-tech product" given from the standpoint of Russian legislation, as well as in according to the Customs Union Commodity Classification of Foreign Economic Activity. Analysis of foreign trade of the Russian high-tech products was held on the following parameters: the commodity import / export of structure goods, the dynamics of the import / export goods, the share in total imports / exports. The analysis of foreign trade of the Russian high-tech products submitted on 84 groups (the nuclear reactors, the boilers, the machinery and the mechanical appliances, the parts thereof) and 85 groups (the electrical machinery, the equipment and the parts thereof; the sound-recording equipment, the apparatus for recording and the playback of the television image and the sound, the parts and the accessories) the Customs Union Commodity Classification of Foreign Economic Activity. The main trends of foreign trade, the main problems were identified areas, recommendations to address these problems. We used the date of State Statistical Committee of the Russian Federation and the Federal Customs Service of Russia.
